DELIVERY METHOD: Item ship via ARAMEX/GDEX where you shall receive it within 2-3 business days.

HANDLING TIME: 1 business days of receipt of payment except public holidays of Malaysia (GMT+8) & weekends.

SHIPPING ZONE: We offer shipment delivery for all states in West Malaysia.

For East Malaysia and international orders, we only currently support United States

Refunds

• Once parcel has reached us, it will take us 1-3 working days to process your return request. 
• If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
• All returns and exchanges will be refunded via your original payment method.
• Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
